Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable Youth Mentors to work 1:1 with recipients in Southeast Michigan. You will be in clients' homes providing encouragement, helping with skill-building activities, and taking recipients into the community to grow personal goals.

Full and part-time positions are available. Paid training, flexible schedules, weekly pay, and a virtual interview process are offered to support a thriving team culture.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings
• Must be 18 years or older

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 mentoring to recipients in home and community settings
• Support skill-building activities and personal goals
• Assist recipients in accessing community resources and events
• Follow care plans and coordinate with families and care teams
