Job summary

Mission Prep Healthcare, part of the AMFM Healthcare family, is seeking a Mental Health Technician (Community Coordinator) to support adolescents in residential treatment facilities in Minnetonka, MN. You’ll coordinate daily activities, monitor safety, and collaborate with clinicians to ensure compassionate, patient-centered care.

This full-time role offers hourly pay of $21.00–$25.00 and a team-focused environment that values growth, wellness, and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's preferred.
• Background checks: Must pass ADP Selective Screening Services and other Federal/State background checks.
• Valid Driver’s License: 3+ years driving with clean record and insurability.
• Physical Requirements: Lift up to 20 lbs and navigate stairs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and transport clients safely to daily activities, ensuring on-time arrivals and safety.
• Use intervention and communication skills with clients and families daily and in crisis.
• Adhere to Joint Commission policies and infection control procedures.
• Collaborate with the program nurse and clinical team regarding medication management and monitoring.
• Maintain the residences' cleanliness and overall hygiene.
• Engage with clients to foster a connected, inclusive environment and participate in treatment planning.
• Document activities in the BestNotes EHR and support care documentation.
• Orient new residents and review safety drills, evacuation diagrams, and first-aid kits.
