Mission Prep Healthcare, part of AMFM Healthcare, is hiring a Mental Health Technician (Community Coordinator) in Minnetonka, MN. This role supports adolescents (12–17) in residential facilities and offers hourly wages of $21–$25.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to supervise client services, ensure safety, and foster a compassionate, collaborative environment. A high school diploma or GED is required, with a Bachelor's preferred, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED, Bachelor's preferred.
• Background checks required and valid driver’s license.
• Excellent communication with families, clients, and staff.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and transport clients to daily activities and ensure safety.
• Work with clients and families daily, including crises, using intervention skills.
• Follow Joint Commission policies and infection control procedures.
• Collaborate with nurses/clinical team on medication management and documentation.
• Maintain residence cleanliness and contribute to a supportive environment.
• Engage clients in recovery activities and document in the EHR system.
