Job summary

Mission Prep Healthcare in Minnetonka, MN is seeking a Mental Health Technician (Community Coordinator) to support adolescents in our Residential Treatment Facilities. You’ll coordinate transport, assist with activities, and help maintain a safe, caring environment that promotes healing and growth.

Required: High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor’s preferred), successful background checks, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s preferred
• Background checks (ADP Selective Screening and others) required
• Valid Driver’s License with insured status and clean driving record
• Ability to operate a computer, walk/stand and lift up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and transport clients safely to daily activities
• Assist with interventions and communication with clients and families
• Adhere to Joint Commission policies and procedures and Infection Prevention guidelines
• Collaborate with nurse and clinical team on medication management and documentation
• Maintain residence cleanliness and safety, promoting a supportive environment
• Engage with clients to support wellness and treatment goals
• Document activities in the electronic health record (BestNotes) and passdowns
