Job summary

Mission Prep Healthcare, part of the AMFM Healthcare family, seeks a Mental Health Technician (Community Coordinator) to support teens aged 12–17 at our Residential Treatment Facilities. You will work as part of a compassionate team, coordinating client activities, supervising care, and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment aligned with our wellness focus.

This full-time role offers morning or swing shifts, $19.00–$23.00 per hour, and benefits including Medical, Dental, and Vision, FSA/HSA,

Qualifications

• Proven ability to communicate with families, clients, and staff.
• Empathetic, patient, and professional under pressure.
• Familiarity with clinical terminology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and transport clients to daily activities and ensure safety.
• Collaborate with clinicians on medication management and reporting of side effects.
• Maintain residence cleanliness and a hygienic environment.
• Document activities in the electronic health record system.
