Job summary

Mission Prep Healthcare in fallbrook, CA is seeking a Mental Health Technician (Community Coordinator) to support teens aged 12–17 at residential facilities. This full-time role requires strong communication, teamwork with nursing and clinical staff, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in mental health care or youth services is a plus.
• Must pass background checks per company policy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and transport clients safely to daily activities.
• Monitor and document client behavior and medication side effects with the clinical team.
• Assist with medication management in collaboration with the program nurse.
• Maintain the residences’ cleanliness and safety.
• Engage clients in recovery activities and document progress in the EHR.
• Orient new residents and provide safety drills and emergency information.
