Job summary

AMFM Healthcare invites applications for a Mental Health Technician (Community Coordinator) in Minnetonka, MN. This role supports teens in residential treatment, coordinating daily activities and ensuring safety and engagement.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, manage client care plans, and document progress in BestNotes. Requires a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license with driving history meeting policy requirements. Salary ranges from $21 to $25 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Must pass background checks (ADP Selective Screening Services and others).
• Valid US driver’s license and 3+ years driving experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and transport clients to daily activities and ensure on-time arrival.
• Use intervention and communication skills with clients, families, and staff.
• Adhere to Joint Commission policies and medication-management procedures.
• Maintain residence cleanliness and safety; document in health records.
• Participate in a multidisciplinary team to provide person-centered care.
