Job summary

Mission Prep Healthcare, part of the AMFM Healthcare family, is seeking compassionate Community Coordinators to support adolescents (12–17) at our Residential Treatment Facilities. As a Mental Health Technician, you will help provide care, guidance, and a safe environment.

The role offers competitive compensation of $21-$25 per hour, various shifts, and opportunities for growth within a mission-driven organization that values collaboration, wellness, and professional excellence.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED, Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Background checks as required by ADP Selective Screening Services and state/federal checks.
• Valid driver’s license with 3+ years driving experience and clean record per policy.
• Physical requirements include standing/walking, lifting up to 20 lbs, and stairs navigation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and transport clients to daily activities ensuring on-time arrivals and safety.
• Use intervention and communication skills with clients and families daily and in crisis.
• Adhere to Joint Commission policies including infection prevention and environment of care procedures.
• Collaborate with the program nurse on medication management and document in health records.
• Maintain clean, safe, and hygienic living spaces for residents.
• Foster a connected, inclusive community focused on wellness and recovery.
