Job summary

Mission Prep Healthcare, part of the AMFM Healthcare family, is hiring Community Coordinators to support adolescents at residential treatment facilities in Waterford, VA. You’ll coordinate activities, transport clients, and provide compassionate supervision in a safe, structured setting.

We offer competitive wages of $21–$25 per hour, a 90-day introductory period, and benefits. The role emphasizes teamwork, documentation, and adherence to clinical policies while supporting youths aged 12–17.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's preferred.
• Background Check: Must pass ADP Selective Screening Services and other Federal/State background checks.
• Valid Driver’s License with required driving history.
• Physical Requirements: capable of computer work, walking/standing, lifting up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and transports clients to all daily activities, ensuring on-time arrival and participant safety.
• Uses intervention and communication skills with clients, families, and staff daily and in crisis.
• Adheres to Joint Commission policies and procedures and infection control standards.
• Collaborates with nurse and clinical team on medication management and documents self-administration as required.
• Maintains residence cleanliness and engages with clients to foster a safe, supportive environment.
