Job summary

Mission Prep Healthcare, part of the AMFM Healthcare family, is seeking compassionate Community Coordinators to support adolescents (12–17) at premier Residential Treatment Facilities in San Diego County. The role focuses on safety, wellness, and family-centered care within a collaborative team.

You’ll work with clients, families, and staff, utilize electronic health records, and participate in recovery-oriented activities in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or GED; Bachelor's preferred.
• Background check: Pass ADP Selective Screening and other federal/state checks.
• Valid driver's license with required insured status.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and transport clients to daily activities and ensure on-time arrivals and safety.
• Assist with intervention and communication with clients, families, and others daily and in crisis.
• Adhere to Joint Commission policies and procedures including infection control and emergency management.
• Collaborate with program nurse and clinical team on medication management and documentation.
