Mission Prep Healthcare in Fallbrook, CA, is seeking a Mental Health Technician (Community Coordinator) to support adolescents at premier residential treatment facilities. You will coordinate daily activities, ensure safety, and provide compassionate guidance as part of the AMFM Healthcare family.

The role emphasizes teamwork with management and clinical staff, adherence to Joint Commission policies, and fostering a supportive, inclusive environment for teens and their families.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's preferred.
• Background checks: Must pass ADP Selective Screening Services and other Federal/State background checks.
• Strong communication with families, clients, and staff is essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and transport clients to daily activities and ensure timely arrivals.
• Use intervention and communication skills with clients and families, including in crisis.
• Adhere to Joint Commission policies and infection prevention procedures.
• Assist in medication management with clinical staff and document in health records.
• Maintain residential spaces, ensuring cleanliness and safety at all times.
• Participate in client-centered care planning and documentation in the EHR.
