AMFM Healthcare is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician (Community Coordinator) to support adolescents aged 12–17 at Mission Prep Healthcare’s residential facilities in Minnetonka, MN. Shifts include mornings, afternoons/evenings, and overnights with a pay rate of $21–$25 per hour.

You’ll work as part of a clinical team to ensure client safety, document care in BestNotes, assist with medications, and help create a supportive, inclusive environment for youth and families.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED, Bachelor's preferred.
• Background Check: Must pass ADP Selective Screening Services and other Federal/State background checks.
• Valid Driver’s License: 3+ years driving with 21+ age and insurance eligibility.
• Physical Requirements: Lift up to 20 lbs; walk/stand; navigate stairs.

Responsabilités

• Coordinates and transports clients to daily activities; ensure on-time arrival and safety.
• Uses intervention and communication skills with clients and families daily and in crisis.
• Adheres to Joint Commission policies including infection control and emergency procedures.
• Collaborates with nurse/clinical team on medication management and documents usage.
• Maintains clean residences and hygienic environments.
• Engages with Mission Prep community to foster connected, harmonious environment.
• Documents activities in BestNotes EHR; participates in daily passdowns.
• Observes client safety and documents behavior and treatment participation.
• Contributes to client-centered care plans; adheres to regulations and policies.
