Job summary

Mission Prep Healthcare, part of the AMFM Healthcare family, is seeking compassionate Community Coordinators (Mental Health Technician) to support adolescents in residential facilities. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and wellness coaching in a treatment environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED, Bachelor's preferred.
• Background checks: Must pass ADP Selective Screening Services and other Federal/State checks.
• Valid Driver’s License with min 3 years driving history, 21+, no major violations in 3 years.
• Physical requirements: able to work on computer, walk/stand, lift up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and transports clients to activities, ensuring safety and on-time arrival.
• Uses intervention/communication skills with clients and families daily and in crisis.
• Adheres to Joint Commission policies and procedures, including infection control and emergency management.
• Collaborate with nurse/clinical team on medication management and documentation.
