Qualifikationen

• Education: High School Diploma or GED, Bachelor’s preferred.
• Background checks: Must pass ADP Selective Screening Services and other Federal/State checks.
• Valid driver’s license with insurance eligibility and safe driving record.
• Physical ability to work at a computer, walk/stand, lift up to 20 lbs.

Aufgaben

• Coordinates and transports clients safely to daily activities and ensures timely arrival and safety.
• Uses intervention and communication skills with clients and families daily and in crisis.
• Adheres to Joint Commission policies and procedures and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with nurse and clinical team on medication management and document accordingly.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of residences, and foster a supportive community.
