Job summary

Mission Prep Healthcare in Minnetonka, MN is seeking a Youth Mental Health Technician (Community Coordinator) to support adolescents aged 12–17 in our residential program.

You will coordinate daily activities, monitor safety, document client progress, and collaborate with nurses and clinicians to provide compassionate, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Background checks as required by Federal/State regulations.

• Coordinate and transport clients to daily activities, ensuring timely arrival and safety.
• Monitor client behavior and document progress in the health record.
• Collaborate with nurses and clinicians on medication management and care plans.
• Maintain clean, safe residences and foster an inclusive community.
