Job summary

The Embrace Initiative at the University of Maryland, Baltimore seeks a Case Manager (Community Program Specialist) to provide housing-focused case management to transition-age youth in permanent supportive housing at Restoration Gardens 1.

The role requires coordinating services, maintaining HMIS data, and supporting workshops and partnerships, with evening/weekend hours and a full-time contract.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree required; Master's may be required based on licensure.
• Two years of community program coordination, development, oversight, or administration.
• Experience with housing-focused case management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing internal/external community programs and ensure high-quality programming.
• Coordinate program development with assessment, evaluation, and intervention.
• Develop relationships to secure supportive services and recruit participants.
• Maintain program data and support reporting and audits.
