Job summary

The Embrace Initiative at the University of Maryland, Baltimore has an exciting opportunity for a Case Manager (Community Program Specialist) who will serve at our Eutaw Street Site. The Foster Youth Case Manager will provide housing navigation and follow- along case management to transition-age youth and manage a caseload with ongoing stabilization support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; social sciences preferred; Master's may be required based on licensure.
• Two years of community program coordination, development, oversight, or administration.
• Experience with HMIS data and documentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in management of community programs and ensure high-quality services.
• Coordinate program development requiring assessment and intervention.
• Build partnerships to create a network of supportive services.
• Develop and facilitate workshops and coordinate logistics.
• Oversee program work plans and daily operations.
• Maintain program data and support audits.
• Provide technical advice and policy interpretation for the team.
• Prepare training materials and promotional content.
• Assist in evaluating program effectiveness and reporting.
