Job summary

The University of Maryland, Baltimore invites applications for a Restoration Gardens Case Manager (Community Program Specialist) at the Restoration Gardens 1 Site. This full-time position provides housing-focused case management to transition-age youth exiting foster care, coordinating housing stability, health, education, and independent living supports.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing internal/external community programs and ensure high quality for participants.
• Coordinate program development with assessment, evaluation, and intervention.
• Develop and maintain partnerships to provide needed services.
• Develop and facilitate workshops and trainings; coordinate logistics.
• Oversee daily operations and set program priorities.
• Maintain program data for sponsors and reports; support audits.
• Provide technical advice and administrative support to the program team.
• Prepare training materials and promotional content.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and implement improvements.
• Conduct in-depth research using advanced information resources.
