Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs Of Greater Milwaukee is seeking a part-time Youth Development Professional to support programming for Milwaukee youth. The role focuses on planning activities, promoting healthy choices, and fostering leadership.

Staff collaborate to ensure inclusive, safe environments and accurate attendance tracking. Youth workers help with curriculum execution, family engagement, and reporting while adhering to safety policies and community standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required with relevant safety trainings.
• Experience or training in youth programming and development preferred.
• Ability to document attendance and progress, and generate basic reports.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement youth programming promoting empowerment and healthy choices.
• Demonstrate cultural responsiveness and inclusive practice with diverse members.
• Assist in planning activities, tracking participation, and reporting results.
• Support families and build partnerships with communities and volunteers.
• Uphold safety policies and respond to incidents per procedures.
