Job summary

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee seeks a Youth Development Professional for the Carver location in Milwaukee, WI. This part-time role supports planning and delivering programs that empower youth to make healthy choices and build self-confidence.

You will help implement activities across health, bullying prevention, leadership, and SEL curricula, maintain records, and collaborate with staff to ensure safe, inclusive programming for all members.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with required trainings within 6 months.
• 12 college credits OR Registry Level 6; Lead Teacher classes encouraged.
• 320+ hours in a licensed program; related childcare coursework.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and implementing youth programs and activities.
• Support leadership development, teamwork, and goal setting among members.
• Maintain attendance records and generate program reports.
• Follow policies on safety, conduct, and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with staff to deliver inclusive, quality activities.
• Engage with families and communities to support program goals.
