Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Within 6 months of hire: CPR, First Aid, and SCAN_MART or equivalent.
• Within 6 months: at least 2 non-credit DCF-approved classes.
• Level 2: 12 related college credits or Registry Level 6; CDA related credits may apply.
• Experience with youth programming and working with youth is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing and implementing program activities.
• Gather information and feedback from members about needs and interests.
• Follow policies in the Member Care Manual, safety and reporting procedures.
• Maintain attendance records and generate reports as requested.
• Collaborate with families, volunteers and community partners.
