Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee is seeking a Part-Time Youth Programs Assistant to support planning, organizing and delivering health, leadership and SEL activities for members in Milwaukee. You will help implement approved curricula, help with attendance tracking, and ensure safety policies are followed.

The role emphasizes culture competency, collaboration with families, ongoing professional development, and a commitment to empowering youth through meaningful, inclusive programming.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 12 college credits OR Registry Level 6 expected.
• Completion of DCF-Lead Teacher classes recommended.
• Official record of 3 childcare-related credits or CDA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing and implementing youth programs.
• Maintain attendance records and track member participation.
• Follow policies from the BGCGM Member Care Manual and safety procedures.
• Generate monthly, quarterly or annual reports as requested.
• Collaborate with families and community partners to support goals.
