Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee is seeking a Youth Development Professional for multiple locations. The role supports activities that empower youth to make healthy choices and develop leadership and life skills.

You will help plan and deliver engaging curricula, monitor attendance, and ensure safety and inclusivity for all members. The position is part-time (up to 29 hours) with responsibilities spanning program planning, youth engagement, and reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR and First Aid within 6 months of hire.
• Complete at least 2 of the non-credit DCF-approved classes within 6 months.
• Level 2 requires 12 college credits or Registry Level 6.
• Lead Teacher training (non-credit) completed is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing and implementing program activities.
• Gather feedback from members to tailor activities.
• Maintain attendance and track member participation.
• Follow policies in BGCGM manual for safety and conduct.
• Generate monthly/quarterly/annual reports as requested.
• Collaborate with families, volunteers and community partners.
