Qualifications

• Within 6 months: at least 2 non-credit DCF-approved classes.
• Experience with youth and youth programming preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support in planning and delivering youth programs that promote healthy choices and personal development.
• Foster an inclusive, welcoming environment for diverse members and families.
• Maintain attendance records and prepare reports on participation and outcomes.
• Follow BGCGM policies and ensure safety, supervision, and respectful conduct.
