Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee is looking for a part-time Youth Development Professional - Fratney in Milwaukee, WI. The role focuses on planning and delivering health, safety and youth development programs for members, with emphasis on empowerment and healthy choices.

You will assist in coordinating activities, tracking attendance, and gathering feedback to improve services while upholding BGCGM policies and promoting inclusion for all families and youths.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR, First Aid and SCAN_MART training must be completed within 6 months of hire.
• Within 6 months complete at least 2 DCF-approved non-credit classes.

• Support leadership development and empower youth to lead activities.
• Assist in planning and implementing activities aligned with curricula.
• Gather feedback from members to tailor programs and improve outcomes.
• Foster partnerships with families and community organizations.
• Maintain professional conduct and participate in ongoing development.
• Provide guidance and advocacy for youth development and safety.
• Assist in staff supervision and back-up to club managers.
