Job summary

Alpha is hiring a Youth Development Manager to coach Guides, develop leaders, and build a culture of excellence across campuses. You will lead life skills workshops, motivate students, and drive high standards in a fast-growing K-12 network.

This role is on-site at select Alpha campuses with relocation support. A Bachelor’s in Education/Psychology/Business and 5+ years in education or leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in education, coaching, learning and development, or related leadership role.
• Experience leading and developing teams of five or more people, including hiring and performance decisions.
• Proven track record of using data to drive performance improvements.
• Experience working with children ages 5-14 in an educational/coaching setting.

Responsibilities

• Coaching Guides to deliver exceptional student experiences while upholding Alpha's standards.
• Lead engaging life skills workshops developing communication, leadership, and real-world skills.
• Motivate students to achieve ambitious learning goals in self-directed programs.
• Use data and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and outcomes.
• Help launch new Alpha campuses by building a culture of excellence and accountability.
