Job summary

Alpha is seeking an Education Program Manager to coach Guides, develop leaders, and build a campus culture centered on excellence for K-12 students. This full-time role emphasizes coaching, life-skills workshops, and data-driven improvements to student experiences.

Successful candidates will have a track record of leading teams, launching initiatives, and driving performance while upholding Alpha's uncompromising standards across campuses in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field; Master's preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in education, coaching, learning and development, or a related leadership role.
• Experience leading teams of five or more people, including hiring and performance-based termination decisions.
• Demonstrated success using data to drive performance improvements.
• Willingness to work on-site at an Alpha campus locations.

Responsibilities

• Coach Guides to deliver exceptional student experiences while maintaining Alpha's high standards.
• Lead life skills workshops that develop communication, leadership, focus, and other real-world skills for K-12 students.
• Motivate students to achieve ambitious learning goals and progress in self-directed programs.
• Use data, observation, and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and student outcomes.
• Help launch and establish new Alpha campuses by building a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
