Job summary

Alpha is hiring Education Program Manager to coach Guides, develop leaders, and uphold a culture of excellence across its campuses. You will focus on coaching, motivation, and life-skills development for K-12 students, ensuring high-quality experiences.

The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, building new campus programs, and maintaining uncompromising standards while inspiring teams to exceed expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in education, coaching, learning and development, or a related leadership role.
• Experience leading and developing teams of five or more people, including hiring and performance decisions.
• Demonstrated success using data to drive performance improvements.
• Experience working with children ages 5-14 in an educational, coaching, or developmental setting.
• Experience launching a new team, program, or campus, including helping open a new campus from zero.
• Willingness to work in a school model that rejects traditional lecture-based pedagogy.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coaching Guides to consistently deliver exceptional student experiences while upholding Alpha's standards.
• Leading engaging life skills workshops developing communication, leadership and focus for K-12 students.
• Motivating students to achieve ambitious learning goals and progress in self-directed programs.
• Using data, observation and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and student outcomes.
• Launch and establish new Alpha campuses by building a culture of excellence and accountability.
