Job summary

Alpha is seeking a Youth Program Manager to coach Guides, lead life skills workshops, and drive student outcomes across campuses. You will build leaders, coach teams, and create an environment where students consistently exceed expectations.

This full-time on-site role requires relocating to Alpha campuses and leveraging data to raise performance while scaling the program to new sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in education, coaching, or related leadership roles.
• Experience leading teams of five or more including hiring decisions.
• Proven ability to use data to drive performance improvements.
• Experience working with children ages 5–14 in educational settings.
• Willingness to relocate and work on-site at Alpha campuses.

Responsibilities

• Coach Guides to deliver exceptional student experiences while upholding Alpha's standards.
• Lead life skills workshops developing communication, leadership, focus, and real-world skills.
• Motivate students to achieve ambitious learning goals and progress in self-directed programs.
• Use data, observation, and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and outcomes.
• Help launch new Alpha campuses by building a culture of excellence and accountability.
