Job summary

Alpha is hiring a Lead Youth Program Manager to coach Guides, develop leaders, and build a campus culture focused on excellence and measurable results.

You will lead engaging life-skills workshops, drive data-driven improvements, and support launching new campuses across select markets from Boston to Santa Barbara. This on-site role requires a track record of leadership and a passion for redefining education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• At least 5 years in education, coaching, learning and development, or leadership.
• Experience leading teams of five or more people; hiring and performance decisions.
• Experience using data to drive performance improvements.
• Experience with youth aged 5–14 in educational/coaching settings.

Responsibilities

• Coaching Guides to deliver exceptional student experiences while upholding high standards.
• Lead life-skills workshops to develop communication, leadership, focus, and real-world skills for K-12 students.
• Motivate students to achieve ambitious learning goals in self-directed programs.
• Use data, observation, and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and outcomes.
• Help launch new Alpha campuses by building a culture of excellence and accountability.
