Job summary

Alpha is hiring an Education Program Manager to coach Guides, lead life-skills workshops, and drive student success across multiple campuses. The role emphasizes coaching excellence, leadership development, and data-informed decisions within a fast-moving K-12 environment.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in education/leadership, experience building teams, and a passion for a non-traditional, high-expectation model. On-site work at select Alpha campuses is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in education, coaching, learning and development, or related leadership role.
• Experience leading teams of five or more people; hiring and performance decisions.
• Demonstrated success using data to drive performance improvements.
• Experience with children aged 5–14 in educational/coaching settings.

Responsibilities

• Coach Guides to deliver exceptional student experiences while upholding Alpha's standards.
• Lead engaging life skills workshops to develop communication, leadership, focus, and real-world skills for K-12 students.
• Motivate students to achieve ambitious learning goals and progress in self-directed programs.
• Use data, observation, and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and student outcomes.
• Support launch/expansion of new Alpha campuses by building a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
