Alpha is hiring to lead student development at campuses across the United States. This full-time role focuses on coaching, mentoring, and life skills development for K–8 students with AI-assisted tools.

You'll facilitate energetic workshops, guide individuals and small groups, and use analytics to drive weekly progress. Relocation support is offered and a structured growth path leads to campus leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 3 years of experience working directly with K-8 students through teaching, coaching, tutoring, mentoring, camp leadership, or youth programs.
• Authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Run high-energy, one-hour life skills workshops for K-8 students focusing on communication, resilience, focus, leadership, and durable skills.
• Coach students individually and in small groups using Coachbot analytics and motivation systems to help achieve weekly goals.
• Assess life skill mastery with Test2Pass and provide targeted coaching until genuine competence is demonstrated.
• Adapt coaching style across elementary and middle school students, adjusting for age-specific needs.
• Analyze weekly performance data to identify patterns, remove obstacles, and improve outcomes for the cohort.
