Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of administrative or customer service experience.
• Experience with membership management software (MyClubHub preferred).
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Strong computer skills with data entry, reporting and basic office software.

Responsibilities

• Front desk operations and sign-in procedures to ensure safety and security.
• Provide exceptional customer service in person, on the phone, and via email.
• Manage membership applications, renewals, and records in MyClubHub.
• Process payments and issue receipts in accordance with cash-handling procedures.
• Attend staff meetings and assist with inventory and general admin duties.
