Paycom - ATS is seeking a front desk/club associate to support gym operations and ensure a positive member experience. Responsibilities include assisting in staff training, overseeing member service, and performing front desk duties such as answering calls, processing signups, and conducting member tours.

You’ll help manage member accounts, support the Club Manager, and assist with promotions, cleanliness, and overall club image. A customer-focused mindset and reliable teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience with an emphasis on exceeding customer needs.
• Ability to actively listen and empathize with customers and staff.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills for front desk and member inquiries.
• Professional diplomacy in diverse interactions and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training and developing staff.
• Oversee member service to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
• Handle front desk duties: phone, information calls, member signups and check-ins.
• Give gym tours and address member service issues.
• Support Club Manager with team coordination and policy adherence.
• Contribute to marketing efforts and keep staff informed of promotions.
• Assist with inventory, supplies, and reporting as needed.
