This role supports the Club Manager, trains staff, assists with marketing promotions, maintains cleanliness, and handles routine admin and inventory tasks. Strong customer service and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail settings is preferred.
• Ability to listen actively and empathize with customers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to assist front desk tasks and club operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training and developing staff.
• Provide excellent front desk service and answer calls.
• Aid in member sign-ups, cancellations, and account updates.
• Give gym tours to potential members.
• Support Club Manager and maintain club cleanliness and appearance.
