Paycom - ATS is seeking a Front Desk Assistant to help oversee daily gym operations and ensure a positive member experience. You will train staff, handle front desk tasks, conduct gym tours for prospects, and assist with signups and account updates.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service, communication, and leadership skills, and can support marketing, inventory, and cleanliness initiatives while backing up the Club Manager as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and a good work ethic.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Leadership qualities and ability to train staff.
• Familiarity with basic computer software.

Responsibilities

• Assist in staff training and development.
• Support member service and front desk operations.
• Greet and tour potential members.
• Assist with member signups, cancellations, and account updates.
• Help manage cleanliness and appearance of the gym.
• Support marketing efforts and promotions.
• Order supplies and track inventory.
• Provide backup support to Club Manager.
