Job summary

Paycom is seeking a friendly front desk associate to greet potential members and guests, answer questions, and assist with tours and sign-ups. You will help update member information, check-ins, and manage BCM amenities while maintaining a clean, welcoming club environment.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk most of the shift. This role supports a positive member experience and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Greet and meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
• Answer phone calls and assist with questions or concerns.
• Take information calls and tours; assist with sign-ups and account updates.
• Assist in member check-ins, cancellation processing, and BCM amenity usage.
• Help maintain club cleanliness and organization.
• Escalate service issues to Club Manager or Team Lead as needed.
