Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Tampa Bay in Florida seeks a Membership Coordinator to manage the front welcome area, deliver courteous customer service, and help maintain membership records in My ClubHub. This role supports the Club Director and program staff with clerical tasks.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, basic computer skills, experience with Excel, Word, and Outlook, and a willingness to complete required training, CPR, and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Intermediate computer skills; Excel, Word, and Outlook preferred.
• Complete 40 hours of DCF training within one year.
• CPR training within 90 days of hire.
• Willingness to travel between clubs for training and development.

Responsibilities

• Maintain front welcome area and provide courteous customer service.
• Maintain membership records and My ClubHub data.
• Assist Club Director and staff with clerical tasks.
• Manage daily sign-in/sign-out and verify IDs for members/parents.
• Support events and travel to other Club locations as needed.
