Job summary

Children's Home of Wyoming Conference is seeking a Program Assistant for the Youth ACT program to support a multidisciplinary team serving youth ages 10-21. The role focuses on administrative tasks, care coordination support, and ensuring smooth team operations in a high-quality care setting.

The position is on-site and pays $19-21 per hour. A High School Diploma is required, with an Associates degree preferred, and at least 1 year of administrative experience plus a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 1 year of administrative assistant experience.
• Driver's License required.
• High School Diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain logs and case records in the agency EHR.
• Serve as frontline representative via phone, email, and in person.
• Support team with care/case coordination.
• Attend daily team meetings and take notes for the team.
• Attend specialized Youth ACT training.
• Take initiative and work independently.
• Assist with scheduling, calendar syncing, and errands as needed.
• Perform reception and other office duties as needed.
• Complete quality callbacks to ensure consistency with Youth ACT.
