Job summary

Northern Rivers Family of Services is hiring a Program Assistant to support the Youth ACT program on-site in Schenectady, NY. You will handle referrals, intake processing, and daily treatment support from referral to discharge.

The role requires a High School Diploma and preferably an Associate's degree with related experience; a NYS driver’s license is also required. You will collaborate with the program director and operate primarily onsite for client services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate's degree preferred.
• Three years of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain staff safety and monitoring system with regular check-ins.
• Manage medical records and support daily staff communication.
• Facilitate monthly billing reporting, insurance eligibility, and electronic record reporting.
