Job summary

National Church Residences seeks an experienced Training Specialist to plan, deliver, and expand Yardi Voyager training across Affordable Housing teams. You will tailor sessions for property managers, compliance staff, and regional leaders, both virtually and in person at the corporate office or in the field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in Yardi Voyager (or later versions) required.
• Experience with RentCafe/Site Manager, RightSource, Compliance Manager, Forecast IQ, and similar Yardi products preferred.
• Prior experience delivering technical or system training in a property management or affordable housing environment desired.
• Must be self-directed with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks and assignments concurrently.
• Must be able to successfully lead others in an environment of complexity.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and deliver training for Yardi and connected platforms.
• Conduct in-person, virtual, and one-on-one training sessions for staff.
• Develop and maintain training materials, guides and quick reference tools.
• Create and manage an online knowledge base for Yardi topics.
• Collaborate with Compliance and L&D to align training with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor training outcomes and coordinate with system admins on upgrades and new modules.
