Paylocity is seeking a Yardi Trainer/Systems Specialist to lead implementation, configuration, training, and ongoing support of the Yardi property management platform across the organization. This role serves as the SME for Yardi systems, workflows, and integrations, bridging technology and operations.
You will design and deliver training programs for staff at all levels, develop guides and video tutorials, and partner with property management, accounting, leasing, and IT to optimize processes
The Yardi Trainer / Systems Specialist is responsible for the implementation, configuration, training, and ongoing support of the Yardi property management platform across the organization. This role bridges the gap between technology and operations, serving as the primary subject matter expert for all Yardi-related systems, workflows, and integrations. The ideal candidate combines deep Yardi product knowledge with the ability to design and deliver effective training programs for staff at all levels.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, ownership, investors, clients, customers, and the general public.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages and area. Understand basic accounting principles and be able to read and interpret basic financial statements.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret a variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables simultaneously.
