Job summary

Greystar seeks a knowledgeable Systems Trainer to design, develop, and deliver training for property management software, with emphasis on Yardi and RealPage. You will create materials, deliver sessions, and offer ongoing support to ensure users navigate systems efficiently.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years in systems training, a Bachelor's in a related field, strong presentation skills, and the ability to coach managers using data-driven insights. Remote and onsite delivery supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Education, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in systems training or a related role.
• Demonstrated proficiency in property management software (Yardi and RealPage) and related tools.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver a comprehensive systems training program for property management software.
• Create and revise training content and materials (user guides, facilitator guides, help desk deliverables).
• Assess training effectiveness with pre/post tests and surveys; link training to performance.
• Provide coaching and remedial training as needed; continuously improve training approaches.
