Job summary

Greystar seeks a knowledgeable Systems Trainer to design, develop, and deliver training programs for property management software, with emphasis on Yardi and RealPage. You will create training materials, deliver sessions, and support users across the organization.

The role requires 3–5 years in systems training, strong presentation and interpersonal skills, and the ability to simplify complex software for diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience 3–5 years in systems training or related role.
• Proficiency in property management software (Yardi and RealPage) and related computer applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Education, or related field.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities; able to simplify complex systems.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver a comprehensive systems training program for property management software modules, managing logistics and audience.
• Create and revise training content with stakeholders and develop user guides and facilitator guides.
• Deliver training sessions, coordinate registration, and provide ongoing support for users.
• Assess training effectiveness with pre/post tests and surveys, review reports to link training to performance.
• Provide individual coaching, remedial and refresher training for managers and teams.
• Continuously improve training approaches with evolving learning technologies.
