A non-profit organization is seeking a Yardi Administrator & Trainer who will be responsible for the effective use of the property management system across its real estate portfolio. This role involves system administration, staff training, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience with Yardi systems and a strong commitment to improving operational efficiency. This is a full-time remote position with occasional travel required for meetings.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of experience administering Yardi systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite including Excel, Power BI, and report-writing tools.
• Experience in training and supporting end-users.

• Serve as the primary administrator for property management systems including Yardi Voyager.
• Design and deliver training programs across the organization.
• Ensure the system maintains regulatory compliance with HUD and other local programs.
