Job summary

Atlantic Housing Foundation, Inc. seeks a Yardi System Supervisor to maintain, upgrade and improve our Yardi platform. The role trains users, resolves tickets, and collaborates with Property Management, Accounting and Compliance staff to ensure accurate, compliant reporting.

The successful candidate will lead Yardi-related initiatives, support new module implementations, and liaise with external Yardi support to resolve issues. A strong background in multifamily real estate IT is essential.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience with Yardi front-end and back-end systems.
3+ years of IT software application support for end users.
Relevant work experience in the multifamily real estate industry.
Bachelor’s Degree (IT, Accounting or Business preferred).

Responsibilities

Build and maintain the Yardi system to support property management, finance, compliance and reporting.
Ensure Yardi foundational elements (Users, Permissions, Security) are correctly set up.
Develop, update and deliver training for all Yardi users, including new hires.
Partner with Property Management leadership to determine required Yardi proficiency by site staff.
Address Help Desk tickets related to Yardi promptly and productively.
