Job summary

YMP Real Estate Management, LLC. is seeking a Yardi Trainer/Systems Specialist to lead implementation, training, and ongoing support of the Yardi platform across the organization.

This role bridges technology and operations, serving as the primary SME for all Yardi-related systems, workflows, and integrations. The ideal candidate combines deep Yardi product knowledge with the ability to design and deliver effective training programs for staff at all levels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on with Yardi Voyager (7S+).
• Experience in training, implementation, or systems support.
• Strong knowledge of property management operations (leasing, maintenance, accounting).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to translate tech concepts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator for Yardi Voyager and modules.
• Configure system settings, user roles, security, and workflows.
• Manage upgrades, patches, and new module implementations with IT.
• Design, develop, and deliver training programs for staff.
• Create training materials including guides, videos, and e-learning.
• Conduct coaching and webinars for on-site and remote staff.
• Develop SOPs for Yardi processes and support month-end closings.
• Assist with data migrations, unit/lease setups, and onboarding.
• Liaise between operations and IT/vendors for enhancements.
• Lead or support Yardi implementation projects and go-live activities.
