Job summary

Greystar is seeking a knowledgeable Systems Trainer to develop and deliver training programs for employees and stakeholders, with expertise in Yardi and RealPage. You will create and maintain training materials, conduct sessions, and provide ongoing support to help users navigate systems efficiently.

Responsibilities include designing modules, coordinating logistics, developing guides, and assessing training effectiveness with tests and surveys.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in property management software (Yardi and RealPage) to troubleshoot, install, and provide user instructions.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field and strong training background are preferred.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to simplify complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver a comprehensive systems training program for property management software modules.
• Create and revise training content, guides, and support materials; manage logistics and audience.
• Assess training effectiveness with pre/post-tests and surveys; coach managers as needed.
