Job summary

Ripple seeks a Senior Ecosystem Growth Manager to expand the XRPL ecosystem and accelerate real-world adoption of Ripple’s crypto solutions. You’ll focus on building startups, founders, VCs, accelerators, and corporates into a thriving XRPL network with autonomy and global backing.

You’ll shape strategy, define partnerships, and influence product direction while managing end-to-end deals from outreach to go-live, with a focus on emerging markets including Latin America.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in business development, strategic partnerships, corporate strategy, or venture capital in fintech or crypto.
• Strong network across fintech, payments, and crypto with relationships at operators, founders, and funds.
• Understanding of blockchain and traditional financial services; passion for crypto.
• Meticulous, methodical, and analytical with clear communication.
• Based in NY, Miami, London, or São Paulo, or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Source and build high-quality pipeline across VCs, accelerators, corporates, and partners.
• Own a portfolio of relationships that keeps XRPL top of mind and drives introductions.
• Map value chains to accelerate real-world adoption.
• Close deals end-to-end from initial conversation to grant, partnership, or investment.
• Shape strategy and market; influence product roadmap.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, BD, Corp Dev, DevRel, and Go-to-Market to qualify opportunities.
