Ripple is hiring a Senior Ecosystem Growth Manager to accelerate adoption on the XRP Ledger. You’ll grow the XRPL ecosystem by engaging startups, founders, VCs, accelerators, and corporates, shaping partnerships and market strategy.

This role focuses on emerging markets including Latin America and requires autonomy within a global team. You will define ecosystem strategy, manage end-to-end deals, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market to drive real-world adoption across

Qualifications

• 8+ years in business development, strategic partnerships, corporate strategy, or venture capital in fintech/payments.
• Proven track record building opportunities from ambiguous starting points.
• Strong network across fintech, payments, and crypto with senior-level relationships.
• Understanding of blockchain and traditional financial services; passion for crypto.
• Clear, direct communicator able to influence executives.

Responsibilities

• Source and build a high-quality ecosystem pipeline with VCs, accelerators, corporates, and partners.
• Own end-to-end deals from first contact to signing grants, partnerships, or investments.
• Shape strategy and market signals; influence product roadmap with cross-functional teams.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, BD, Corp Dev, DevRel, and GTM to qualify opportunities.
